PARKING STRATEGY — SAN DIEGO AIRPORT
Comprehensive study and recommendation of new parking products & services, including business & financial plan. The implementation resulted in material incremental parking revenue for SAN.
Project involved the following to guide final recommendation:

INNOVATION LAB— SAN DIEGO AIRPORT
Creation of internal process & formation of strategy for North America’s first Airport Innovation Lab. Included internal and external/community presentations for support of lab vision. Integral role in lab’s execution including RFP for program team and the first class of businesses.
COMPREHENSIVE PARKING STUDY — BOSTON LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – MASSPORT
Review of data, execution of consumer research, review of comp airports, resulting in parking strategy recommendation of various parking initiatives including a parking reservation system. Presented to Massport board and ultimately approved. Supporting parking reservation RFP which is currently in process.
PASSENGER RESEARCH STUDIES — SAN DIEGO AIRPORT
Identified, sourced & provided Executive Summary for multiple research studies aimed at understanding our various passenger segments – leisure, business, and family travelers – from what drives their decisions & behavior at the airport to what new products & services would interest them.
New concession order & delivery project is one highlight coming out of the research.
INNOVATION IN HOME MEDIA – PARAMOUNT PICTURES
Successfully grew the $300M International home media business (Blu Ray, Digital) year-over-year despite headwinds in consumer purchasing. Used extensive market research, and identification of new Innovative products and marketing strategies to appeal to evolving consumer & retail customers.
